On Financial Aid, The Old Port, and fucnding my life...

Vacation, here I come.
Last year, when I got my financial aid, I was supposed to travel some place for a vacation.
This year, I am going to follow through with that goal.
Where to go, seems to be the question.
I could go to Florida, risk not having a place to crash, and spend way too much.
I could go to Boston, again risk staying arrangements, and spend less money.
Or, I could take $600 and go to the Old Port.
Now, the last option could potentially land me in the emergency room.
BUt so could the others, truth be told.
Hmmmm.

The Importance of a Mattress

I desperately need to locate for myself a comfortable and enormous mattress.

Since I have officially decided to remain single for some time, I will need this bed to knock me unconscious nightly, so that reality will not be screaming at me while I toss and turn.

Wow, that was supremely pathetic.

To-Do List, Day 1

I have decided to make a to-do list for my life.

Not just a list of groceries, not a list of bills I need to pay.

The things that will shape my future; make it possible for me to really start over.

I want to fall in love. I want to get started on some sort of career path. Heavens, I'd like to start cleaning the house on a more regulated schedule.

These are the things that will make it possible for me to make a life for myself. So, here it goes.
